Even desync happened simmilliarly rarely. It was extreamly rare that it made us replay a fight from the beginning as it completely lost the data. Luckily the netcode is very strong and it always resumed no matter what. (used to have no less then 300 turn in AoW 3 multiplayer so its normal for us)ĭeeper in the situation got worse as I lost connection and often booted my friend out somehow too not just after every fight, but it got to the point it happened after every turn IN a fight. We used medium map size and easily went in the 30+ round. Ofcourse there were extream cases where even discord voice over stoped registering, but I could hear my partner.
The room was locked to 92KB bandwith, and windows showed it never used more then 0.1MB network, so it matches up, out of the 507KB upload and 11000KB download.
Please note that during this time I had no issue talking over discord with my friend. It ofcourse could be coincidence with the internet provider.Īt first it only happened very rarely, but went up in frequency with errors along the way such as, lost connection to lobby, booted to black screen with a loading sign, failed to log in straight up as I lost connection with paradox too. I had a very clear gauge of the changing save file.
